The house is set within 4 acres of natural gardens with beautiful views over the stunning French countryside and a large, modern swimming pool.

It is a few minutes drive from the picturesque hilltop town of Monflanquin, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France, where you will find a choice of restaurants, cafes, ATMs, a supermarket and a pharmacy. Bergerac airport is 45 minutes’ drive away.

There are weekly markets selling local produce and food in Monflanquin and other nearby villages. You can while away your days and evenings visiting various restaurants, castles, vineyards and antique shops in the surrounding area. And if you’re feeling more adventurous, the Lot River is 30 minutes away for kayaking and other outdoor activities.
